Shipping and Handling
- Please allow up to 7 business days for shipment. You will receive e-mail notification with tracking information immediately following shipment.
- To keep your shipping costs low, we typically use United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class for both domestic and international shipments. Tracking numbers will be provided.
- Domestic (USA) and Canada - Complete tracking is possible using USPS. Domestic orders generally arrive in 3-5 business days. Canadian orders generally arrive in 5-7 business days.
- International (excluding Canada) - Unfortunately, for some international destinations, tracking is not possible and delivery times may be unpredictable. To understand if your order will be fully trackable, please contact your local postal service. Typically expect 3-4 weeks from notification of shipment for international delivery, however longer shipping times are not uncommon. We do offer FedEx International Economy for a fully trackable shipment and predictable delivery time if required.
- As an alternative shipping option, if you have an account with a common carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., and would prefer to use that method please e-mail us with your carrier and account number, prior to placing your order. Please note that we still collect a $5 handling fee for processing, packaging, and delivery to your carrier.

Commercial Quantity Limitations
- Due to licensing agreements, commercial sales may be limited depending on product and market. If you are a commercial entity and would like to order more that 20 zippers, please e-mail us directly prior to placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if it violates our licensing agreements. If you are in need of high volume production quantities and pricing, please e-mail us directly.
- Currently we can only ship to residential customers. Commercial customers please e-mail us directly.
- All applicable taxes are included in the price.
Refunds and Returns - please e-mail us if you have an issue with your order or would like to request a return.
- Orders canceled prior to shipping, for example - unauthorized large commercial orders or an incorrect order notified prior to shipment, will be refunded the full order cost.
- If you are not satisfied or otherwise would like to return your product, you will be issued a full refund minus the cost of shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed in a garment or otherwise altered.
